Outdoor Birthday Party Cancellation Policy

At Wellness in the Wild, we create outdoor celebrations rooted in connection, community, and curiosity — giving children and families space to explore, play, and grow together in nature.

Business Name: Wellness in the Wild

This Cancellation Policy applies to all outdoor birthday party bookings made with Wellness in the Wild. By booking an event, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your event date.
• The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the party.
• Payment details can be found at the end of this policy

2. Client-Initiated Cancellations

• More than 14 days before the event: Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
• 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the total event cost is non-refundable.
• Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.

3. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

• Outdoor parties are subject to weather conditions.
• In the event of heavy rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions, clients may choose one of the following options:
• Reschedule the event (subject to availability)
• Convert the deposit into a credit for a future event (valid for 6 months)
• The final decision regarding unsafe weather conditions will be made by Wellness in the Wild.

4. Rescheduling

• One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the event.
• Additional reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee of £25.

5. Vendor or Provider Cancellation

• If Wellness in the Wild must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be fully refunded or credited toward a future event at the client’s discretion.

6. No-Shows

• Failure to appear on the scheduled event date and time will result in forfeiture of all payments.

7. Acknowledgment

By submitting a booking and deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy. This policy may be shared electronically via email or displayed on the Wellness in the Wild website.
